LINDA ISLE RENOVATION
This project was a gut renovation of a waterfront home on a private island in Newport Beach. The home hadn't been touched since the 80's and it showed - zebra carpet, mirrored ceilings, and sunken bathtubs. Our vision was a fresh, classic design that would stand the test of time. We designed the kitchen using clean lines and natural textures. We renovated all four bathrooms to be more spacious, functional, and beautiful. To complete the transformation, we painted throughout and updated the floors and fireplaces. We opted for a warm coastal inspired materials palette to connect the interior to the nature outside.
