LINDA ISLE RENOVATION
The home is located on an iconic private island in Newport Beach. Before the redesign, it had good bone but hadn't been touched since the 1980s. We adapted the kitchen and bathrooms for modern living with a focus on warmth, comfort, and quality. We selected a restrained coastal palette that reflects the bay outside the windows.
