The home is located steps from an iconic Newport surf spot. We balanced honoring the home's unique architecture while renovating to increase natural light, update the kitchen and bathrooms, and maximize functionality. We brought the charm of the neighborhood's beach lifestyle into the design through playful patterns, relaxed shapes, and materials that will patina beautifully as they age.
